Gregorio Di Leo is Co-Founder of Wyde – The Connective School, where he partners with leaders, teams and organizations to drive leadership development, organizational transformation and team coaching.
He is a Licensed Organizational Psychologist, executive coach and facilitator, working alongside CEOs and leadership teams to navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, build trust and accelerate meaningful change.
His background combines a strong foundation in organizational psychology with executive education at The Wharton School, Boston University, THNK School of Creative Leadership (Amsterdam), the Co-Active Training Institute (London) and the Tavistock Institute, where he completed the Advanced Team Coaching Programme.
Over the past fifteen years, Gregorio has designed and facilitated transformational journeys for thousands of leaders across Europe, partnering with global organizations in manufacturing, technology, financial services, luxury and consumer goods. His work integrates organizational psychology, systems thinking, experiential learning and team coaching to help leadership teams unlock collective potential and create lasting impact.
Before dedicating his career to organizational development, Gregorio was a four-time World Kickboxing Champion. That experience continues to shape his philosophy: sustainable high performance is built not only through talent, but through continuous learning, courage, discipline and the quality of human connection.
