I co-founded Wyde in 2019 with a simple belief: every organizational transformation is, first and foremost, a human transformation.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of teams, leadership groups, professional communities, and organizations across industries ranging from fashion and technology to manufacturing and finance. Through these experiences, I have observed firsthand how people and organizations navigate growth, complexity, uncertainty, and change.

This ongoing observation has led me to a question that sits at the heart of my work today:

What do people need to learn, let go of, and become in order to thrive in a constantly evolving world?

I believe that the real challenge facing organizations is not their ability to design change, but their ability to help people evolve quickly enough to make that change possible. For this reason, my work focuses on the human transformations that accompany every meaningful shift: building stronger professional identities, developing collective intelligence, learning to collaborate as systems, fostering shared ownership, and cultivating the capacity to continuously learn and adapt.

I hold a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Padua and have continued my education through programs at Wharton, Boston University, the Co-Active Training Institute in London, THNK in Amsterdam, and the Advanced Team Coaching Programme at the Tavistock Institute.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I spent nearly a decade competing internationally in kickboxing, winning four World Championship titles. Sport taught me a lesson that still shapes my work today: meaningful growth rarely comes from becoming better at who we already are. More often, it requires the courage to become someone new.

Today, through Wyde, I work with leaders, teams, and organizations in the space between present and future, between who they are today and who they are being called to become.

Who do we need to become to make the future we imagine possible?
It is the question that continues to guide my work, my research, and my curiosity
