I have always wondered how important it was that, in helping others refine their story, I first became the author of my own.

At a certain point I felt the need to strike out on my own, to experiment with a faster and more personal trajectory than what I could allow myself within an organization. Since then, in my work as a consultant, trainer and coach, I always start from the personal story of the person in front of me and from their desire to carry it forward. To tell it through the actions that brought us to meet. I believe there is nothing wrong with people who try to take a step forward. Rather, it is about helping them recognize that they are unique and irreplaceable, and that it is precisely their professional biography that has brought them exactly where they are today, with all the elements to build what will come.

My professional path has developed across training, talent development and global HR processes, in complex international contexts. After graduating in Literature from the Freie Universität in Berlin, I worked for over twenty years in companies such as GE, Samsung, Meritor and Prysmian, designing and delivering learning programs in Europe, Asia and the United States, in Italian, English and German. Over the years I have worked on organizational development, global training systems, auditing and data management in digital environments, working closely with international teams and leadership. At the same time I cultivated biographical writing, collaborating with the Libera Università dell’Autobiografia in Anghiari, a work that has given even greater depth to my way of accompanying people.

At Wyde I bring my experience reinterpreted through a biographical lens. I am interested in what has led a person or a group to be where they are today and in the value that can emerge from rereading the present as a boundary line between what has been and what can still happen. I share with Wyde the desire to create spaces in which people can express themselves and recognize their own potential.

My personal way of taking care of others
I collect stories. I help people tell their stories and, in doing so, to recognize what they can still learn from themselves. This perspective accompanies me in my work as well: listening, giving back, shaping what often has not yet been said.
