I am hard wired to help people discover ways to thrive, connect and create.

At Wyde, I curate journeys of self-discovery and promote the art of constructive conversations.

I enjoy helping people see with new eyes, embrace paradox and expand what feels possible. I believe in authenticity, compassion and conversational intelligence, and love supporting the flourishing of individual aptitudes and collective possibilities.

I think that intersections are fertile places: I work and study at the intersection of neuroscience, philosophy, social sciences, psychology, organisational development and the arts. I have experience working both from within organisations and from outside, either as a manager or supporting managers. Alongside my experience as a manager and trainer I have built a coaching and a mindfulness practice. Both started out as part of my ongoing search for tools which are relevant for the times we live in, and turned into life time practices and ways of being.

I’m a bit of a nerd and enjoy having a broad range of tools and frameworks so that I can use a lens that is appropriate to the question at hand. My thirst for knowledge has earned me numerous certifications that range from the Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder based coaching, to the Agile approach to organisational development and Daniel Ofman’s Core Quadrants tool which I find is excellent for working with polarities and helping individuals stay true to themselves and effective in working with others.
