The Sufis say that souls come to earth to express some divine quality. Who are you? Who do you want to be?

Every transformation requires energy. As a facilitator, coach, team coach and counselor, I work with individuals and organizations to activate new possibilities, supporting growth paths that bring together awareness and action. I am interested in what truly moves people: needs, desires and motivations that, when given space, become concrete levers for change.

My work is grounded in over twenty years of experience in Human Resources in multinational contexts, where I have supported organizations and teams through processes of development, change and the enhancement of people. Alongside this experience, I have pursued a structured path of training in coaching and counseling, from a transactional analysis approach to ICF certifications, which today allows me to work in an integrated way on leadership, communication, empowerment, stress management and potential development. I have also gained experience in highly complex contexts, such as the prison environment, which have broadened my perspective on the nature of change and on people’s capacity to transform. My approach combines method and presence: it structures pathways, while leaving space for what emerges in working with people.

At Wyde I bring simplicity, intimacy, attention and care. Simplicity as resolved complexity, as Picasso said.

My personal way of taking care of others
I recognize myself as caring in small details: remembering name days, cooking a favorite dish, sending the lyrics of a song, sharing the reference to a place close to the heart. I like the people I work with to feel this: that I truly want to know them, that I genuinely care about them.
