Growth does not happen through accumulation, but when someone finds the space to question themselves, to listen inwardly, and to take the next step with greater awareness.
As a leadership coach, I support people in bridging the gap between who they aspire to be and how they show up each day. I work on the quality of intention, on alignment, and on presence. This is how a more authentic form of leadership is built, one that is capable of generating trust.
At Wyde, I create learning environments that are safe, light, and rigorous at the same time. I use questions as tools for clarity and practice deep listening that allows people to observe their own behaviors in work and in relationships. I am interested in what within each person wants to emerge, what is asking to be named in order to become a possibility.
My personal way of caring for others
I dedicate real time. I meet people individually, with genuine interest and attentive listening. It is my way of showing that their growth matters, and that the space is for them and with them.
