I’ve always been driven by curiosity: knowing, learning, and truly understanding what lies behind things is what guides my every step.
I hold a PhD in Management, with a focus on organizational behavior. That’s where this curiosity lives: in how organizations work from the inside, through the people who live inside them. Passion is where it starts, and a research-driven approach is how I turn it into a better understanding of how they really function.
