I believe that each person has their own unique way of navigating the world and the workplace, and that recognizing it is the first step towards unlocking talent and new possibilities.
This is the starting point of my work with individuals, teams, and organizations, supporting them across three dimensions: awareness, accountability, and action.
For over twenty years, I have worked in Human Resources, organizational development, training, and coaching, as both a consultant and Temporary Manager. I served as Talent Solutions Development Director at LHH, Head of Training, Recruitment and Development at GranMilano/Barilla Group, and Head of the Funded Training Projects Area at Festo CTE, managing projects in Italy and Brazil.
I am an ICF-certified coach (International Coaching Federation) and use assessment and development tools including LEA (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis), SEI (Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment), and Hogan.
An important part of my work focuses on negotiation and intergenerational communication. I am a member and co-founder of BAATS – Brains Available at Your Service, I teach soft skills within ITS Academy and IFTS programs, and since 2023 I have been a mentor in a City of Milan project dedicated to young women aged 16 to 30.
