Are you aware of how your communication style impacts others?
I believe self-awareness is foundational to leadership and strong relationships. But insight on its own isn’t enough – it’s what you do with it that matters.
That’s why my work doesn’t stop at the workshop. I focus on what happens next. I create space for people to slow down, reflect, practise and try things out, so what they take away feels practical, relevant and easy to apply – both at work and in everyday conversations.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked with leaders and teams across sectors including pharma, financial services, FMCG and media, supporting communication and cultural change. What I’ve seen, time and again, is that the quality of conversations shapes everything – from relationships to results.
Alongside my work in organisations, writing has been an important space for reflection. I’ve published on the experiences of young cancer survivors and on social resilience, which has deepened how I listen and how I support others – with care, presence and honesty.
At WYDE, I bring a grounded, human approach to communication and leadership. I help people talk about what matters, find the right words and build stronger relationships through open, intentional conversations. My work is shaped by curiosity, warmth and a clear focus on what’s genuinely useful – always with energy, honesty and a touch of lightness.
My personal way of taking care of others
I listen closely to people’s stories and bring them into the work we do together. I help shift thinking from an “I” to a “we” mindset, creating more open and collaborative ways of working. I read the room and adapt where needed, so people leave with what is most useful to them.
