Are you aware of how your communication style impacts others?

I believe that self-awareness is the starting point of both leadership and relationships. That’s why my work doesn’t stop at the workshop itself: I care about what happens after. I create spaces where people can slow down, reflect, explore and practise, so that what they take away feels real, useful and easy to apply back at work and in everyday life.

I support people in feeling heard, understood and able to engage in the conversations that truly matter, the ones that are often avoided, yet make the biggest difference.

My professional journey has developed over more than twenty years working with leaders and teams across sectors, from pharma to financial services, FMCG and media, supporting communication and cultural transformation. This has shown me how deeply the quality of conversations shapes both relationships and results. Alongside my work in organisations, I have explored writing as a space for reflection, publishing on the experiences of young cancer survivors and social resilience. This has deepened my ability to listen and to accompany people with care and attention.
At Wyde, I bring a grounded and human approach to communication and leadership. I help people talk about what matters, find the right words and build stronger relationships through honest, thoughtful conversations. I bring curiosity, warmth and a focus on what is truly useful, always with energy, honesty and a touch of lightness.

My personal way of taking care of others
I tune into people’s stories and bring them into the work we do together. I help shift from an “I” to a “We” mindset, creating more open and collaborative connections. And I pay attention to the small details that make people feel seen and recognised.
