How can design and creativity help organizations change in new and sustainable ways over time?
For more than fifteen years, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, design, and organizational culture. At Copenhagen Business School, I studied how design can act as a lever for leadership and systemic change, earning my PhD. Since then, I have supported international companies in integrating design thinking into their structures and decision making processes.
I have brought together, in an illustrated narrative, the voices of nine design leaders who show how design can help organizations interpret the present and imagine possible futures. This work became a book titled Design Leadership Chronicles.
At Wyde, I bring a constant curiosity for what is evolving, a creative mindset that can take the shape of method, and the belief that transformation is an act of collective care.
I care by creating spaces for listening and authentic dialogue, where people can rediscover meaning and possibility.
