I am a lifelong student of how people interact to create business and innovation, and I continue to be amazed by human creativity.

As a university professor, entrepreneur, and former international executive, I help individuals and organizations design their future in a complex world by rethinking strategies and models, building scenarios, and developing alliances. I do this through an ecosystemic perspective, coherent values, and deep insights, because every effective transformation begins with a way of thinking that can see beyond the immediate.

My perspective has been shaped by a long international journey, with a degree in Economics from LUISS, an MBA in Marketing, Communication and Sales, and a career that has led me to manage some of the most recognized brands in the world, including Coca Cola, Vespa, Pirelli, and Knorr, working across five countries and coordinating activities in up to forty eight. In these contexts, I have worked across innovation, turnaround, marketing, sales, and internationalization processes, holding roles ranging from Marketing Director to Executive Vice President. Today, as an entrepreneur, I am launching a restaurant chain and continue to teach strategy, business models, and entrepreneurship at LUISS Business School, engaging with executives, managers, and students. This diverse path allows me to bring organizations a broad, pragmatic, and deeply human perspective.

With Wyde, I bring organizations a different and strategic perspective, supporting them in processes of innovation and in rethinking both their business models and their approach to the market.

My personal way of caring for others
I never stop at people’s roles. I believe that innovation can emerge from anywhere, that human potential is far greater than we imagine, and that the meaning of work and life cannot be measured by money alone.
