I work with individuals and organizations operating in complex systems, where speed, performance and risk leave little room for reflection. In these contexts, I create spaces where it becomes possible to pause: moments of dialogue that help translate theory into practical awareness, supporting safer decisions and more attentive leadership. I am interested in what happens when people act under pressure and how to bring, precisely there, a clearer perspective on consequences.
I am an academic working within organizations. I obtained a PhD in Management and Organization Studies between NEOMA Business School and Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, and I have taught Human Resource Management, Cross-Cultural Management and Marketing in several European institutions. My research focuses on people’s experiences in organizational contexts, with particular attention to those who move across multiple cultural boundaries. I have published in international journals and presented my work in contexts such as the Academy of Management and UNESCO.
Over time, I chose to bring this research closer to practice, working within organizations and engaging with decisions that have real and lasting consequences. This allows me to combine analytical rigor and understanding: observing systems as they unfold and supporting those within them in reading them with greater awareness.
At Wyde I bring the ability to create space within action: helping people pause just enough to see more clearly, connect what is happening and make decisions that hold together effectiveness and responsibility.
My personal way of taking care of others
I pay attention to the moments that matter. Sometimes it means remembering an important date, other times returning to a difficult decision. Small gestures, at the right moment, can make people feel seen and supported.
