Passionate and energetic, Teresa is a psychologist, psychotherapist, HR Consultant and business coach with a strong focus on innovation.
She firmly believes that behaviors generate value and context for continuous learning. For this reason, for over 10 years Teresa has been collaborating with national and international companies to increase the values that are naturally present in each organization by unlocking latent potential (knowledge, skills, and experience), developing resources and enhancing diversity and uniqueness.
Italian and Austrian by nationality, she lives and works between Italy and the UK, and speaks English and French fluently. Her qualifications include: LSP (Lego Serious Play) certified trainer; Senior Practitioner in Business Coaching Program (SCOA-The School of Coaching – EMCC) and the Advanced Coach Academy (Life Coach Italy – ICF); Team Coaching Certification Program (GTCI, Global Team Coaching Institute, London).
