I deeply believe that behaviors can generate value and create the fertile ground for continuous learning. For more than ten years, I have worked with national and international companies to help them grow, supporting the latent potential of people — made of knowledge, skills, and experiences — and valuing the diversity and uniqueness that live within every organization.
Throughout my journey, I have cultivated different methodologies, not to accumulate tools, but to better understand how to support individuals and teams in the moments when a shift is needed. My certifications, from Lego® Serious Play® to advanced business and team coaching programs within EMCC, ICF, and GTCI, have taught me to look at people from multiple perspectives: the creative one of serious play, the systemic one of coaching, and the courageous one of relational work. Living between Italy and the UK, with Italian and Austrian roots, has further expanded my way of observing complexity, helping me engage with different cultures, languages, and sensitivities.
