I love traveling, letting myself be curious, and exploring. For me, travel is growth, learning, a breath of values, and oxygen for the mind.

Every person I meet adds a piece to my story. My allies are listening and questions. Accompanying people on their journey is a privilege. Seeing them transform and reach new levels of awareness enriches me and gives me the energy to keep growing and giving more.

My professional path is rooted in a diverse international journey, across different sectors and complex challenges. For more than twelve years, I worked in the United States in Project Management and Quality Assurance at SolidWorks, strengthening my resilience, negotiation skills, and problem solving abilities in highly technical environments. Today, I bring this experience into corporate training and coaching, working with industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to consulting, from banking to renewable energy, and up to aerospace. I am guided by a tailored approach, designed around individuals and organizations, to truly understand their needs and support them in achieving personal and professional goals that deeply resonate with them. I am an Associate Certified Coach according to the ICF methodology, a qualification that shapes and supports the way I facilitate, with presence, attention, and responsibility for the other person’s journey.

At Wyde, I am committed to contributing to and nurturing relationships with empathy, heart, and positive energy.

My personal way of caring for others
I smile, support, and care for the situations, moods, needs, and stories that surround me. Every day, together with my allies, I listen, I learn, and I help others listen to themselves.
