I have been working with executives and organizations since 1996.
I have an academic background in psychology and a PhD that has shaped my approach: analytical, rigorous, process-oriented, and grounded in individual responsibility.

Over the past thirty years, I have supported leadership teams and senior executives in complex, high-stakes decision-making contexts, collaborating with international groups such as Ferrero, BMW, Daimler, Porsche, De’Longhi, Hugo Boss, Arena, adidas, Puma, and Generali.

I work in Italian, German, English, French, and Spanish, adapting both method and language to different cultural contexts.
In my work, I create the conditions for thinking to become clearer, decisions to mature, and leadership to take on a form that is sustainable over time.
My presence is discreet, the process is demanding, and responsibility always remains with those who lead.
