I co-founded Wyde in 2017 with a core belief: organizations don’t change because of individuals acting alone, but because of the quality of the connections between them.

Trust, shared responsibility, and the ability to co-create new meaning—these are the forces that shape real transformation. Organizations live and evolve through the depth and density of their relationships.

Over the past seven years, we’ve worked on more than 700 projects, partnered with dozens of Leadership Teams and Boards, and listened to thousands of personal and organizational stories. Our work is rooted in the idea that change only happens when there’s a space for it to take root—when people feel safe to see themselves differently and reimagine the systems they’re part of.

Before founding Wyde, I worked in a business school and for a Dutch multinational, experiences that gave me both strategic and cultural insight into the complexities of organizational life. Today, I have the privilege of working through Wyde with some of the world’s most respected companies—across industries such as finance, fashion, energy, tech, and design—helping them build cultures capable of evolving with clarity and depth.

My background is in Work and Organizational Psychology (University of Padua), and I’ve continued to learn across geographies and disciplines—from Wharton and Boston University, to the Co-Active Training Institute in London, to THNK in Amsterdam. I’ve always been driven by one question: how do we design systems that are alive, adaptive, and capable of evolving over time?

I was born in Palermo, where beauty and contradiction go hand in hand. It taught me that progress isn’t about resources alone—it’s about openness to change. At Wyde, we bring that same spirit to every organization we meet. We listen for the silent dynamics, the unspoken habits, the values that live between the lines—because culture is what truly drives change.

Before Wyde, I spent nearly a decade competing in kickboxing, winning four World Championship titles between 2003 and 2011, and teaching around the world.

In 2019, I met Malina. Six months later, I asked her to marry me. Five years on, we’re a family of five—Alessandro, Federico, and Maia remind me daily that life always moves a step faster than your plans.

I have five tattoos. I wouldn’t get any of them again—not out of regret, but because every stage of life reshapes us. What once felt like a boundary might just become the threshold of something new.
