I was born and raised in Hungary by Chinese parents, and since I was a child I have been fascinated by what connects cultures and what sets them apart.
This question has stayed with me for a long time and led me to study psychology, earning my degree at Macalester College in the United States. I have lived and worked in St. Paul, Singapore, New York, Milan, and Budapest. Each city has taught me something about the way people think, learn, and relate to one another.
In my work as a facilitator and instructional designer, I constantly bring together these two sides of myself, East and West, to create learning journeys that speak to the mind, the heart, and that deeper part of us that often awakens only when someone truly listens. Over the years, I have come to understand how learning can become an experience that shifts behaviors and brings lightness, both at work and at home. This is why I design learning moments that go beyond delivering content and help people move with greater awareness through their professional and personal stories.
I collaborate with clients across different sectors, from luxury retail (Prada, Ferragamo) to pharmaceuticals (Novartis) to manufacturing (Hero, Komatsu), working on themes such as leadership, managerial capabilities, corporate culture, empathy, change, and coaching.
