When training becomes culture, change stops being an imposition and turns into a natural movement
From people management to building a common language, we have supported DEA’s teams and leaders in transforming complexity into opportunity.
There are moments when an organization pauses to reflect and feels the need to grow, to work better, to give new direction to its energies. It is in these spaces that the possibility emerges to transform the way people collaborate and recognize themselves as part of a larger system.
The Journey
At DeA Publishing, change began with people management: we helped structure the way people are managed, guiding managers through a journey of delegation, feedback, and shared growth. What started in theory quickly took shape through practical assignments and buddy groups, peer-to-peer spaces where knowledge was built through shared experience. The result? Training became part of the company’s very identity, paving the way for a more fluid and generative form of leadership.
The Wyde touch became evident in creating spaces where change is not an imposition, but a process that grows from within, fueled by the strength of those who feel part of something meaningful
