The Journey

At DeA Publishing, change began with people management: we helped structure the way people are managed, guiding managers through a journey of delegation, feedback, and shared growth. What started in theory quickly took shape through practical assignments and buddy groups, peer-to-peer spaces where knowledge was built through shared experience. The result? Training became part of the company’s very identity, paving the way for a more fluid and generative form of leadership.
