I have always been fascinated by what makes high performance possible in organizations and, above all, in the people who bring them to life.
As a consultant and facilitator, I help individuals and groups navigate their path of change. Finding the right rhythm and the right scope for both the organization and the people within it is what allows transformations to last.
My way of working is rooted in extensive experience in international corporate environments, with a 25 year career spanning audit at Mazars, management consulting at Ernst and Young, leading the Finance and Strategy Practice EMEA at CEB, now Gartner, and executive recruitment with Heidrick and Struggles. I have been a partner in a boutique executive search firm and a business manager at a derivatives trading start up in London.
These experiences are complemented by a solid academic background in economics and econometrics, the Chartered Accountant qualification, and certifications in several psychometric tools such as Lumina, PROPHET, and StrengthsFinder. This journey has taught me to understand people and systems in their interdependencies, and to support decisions that balance performance, awareness, and growth.
