I believe that most organizations fail because they are unable to harness collective intelligence and create genuine participation.
As a facilitator and consultant, I work alongside groups and organizations that explore their culture to develop and live new paradigms of shared leadership, and to face complexity together.
My way of working is rooted in a path that combines scientific rigor with imagination. After a degree in Physical Chemistry, I moved into the business world, taking on leadership roles in international healthcare groups. There, I learned that systems only work when people find an authentic way to listen to one another and to create meaning together. This search has led me over time to focus on the design of products, services, and business models, exploring forms of participatory leadership grounded in conversations that generate meaning through imagination and storytelling. I am a member of the IAF, a certified Mind Mapping instructor, and an accredited LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, but above all I am a seeker of meaning. My work grows at the intersections between strategy and humanity, between structure and possibility. I am passionate about opera and symphonic music, and I often meet with musicians. If I could start again, I might become an orchestra conductor. I believe this too is connected to the way I listen to groups and help them find a shared rhythm.
At Wyde, I bring my attention to the structure of conversations and my care as a gardener rather than an architect, for organizations and for the people within them.
My personal way of caring for others
I help people create rhythm in their interactions. I listen to what unfolds beneath the surface, offer new perspectives, and support groups in finding a more harmonious way of being together.
