I am guided by a love for the cross pollination that emerges from shared energy, and for choices that place the wellbeing of people and the contexts in which they live at the center.
As a designer and facilitator, I believe that every journey, whether individual or collective, begins with a question, a doubt, or a glimpse of possibility. That starting point is built together, through exchange. From there, a movement of awareness, desire, and closeness takes shape, capable of giving form and driving transformation, whether in training or coaching.
My research begins with the need to understand what truly moves people. For this reason, I chose Clinical Psychology, later complementing it with a master’s degree at ISTUD in Human Resources and Organization Management, which brought me closer to the world of corporate training. I started my career at the Isvor Fiat group, working on Training and Development projects, and for eighteen years I designed learning systems for adults that integrated cognitive, experiential, and emotional dimensions. It was in this work that I discovered how important it is to create spaces where people can understand themselves while experiencing change. Today, I am a Counselor Coach and I support personal and group development paths in contexts marked by complexity and uncertainty, with a particular focus on organizational behaviors such as negotiation, leadership, creative thinking, and sales. All of this shapes the way I observe, design, and open up possibilities.
At Wyde, I bring a constant desire to build dialogue, to listen, and to create connection. I bring attention to the other and a deep sense of the need for community.
My personal way of caring for others
I am committed to ensuring that those around me feel my presence and know they can rely on an authentic exchange.
