Is it really so hard for people to understand each other across cultures? And if it is, why does that happen, and how might we change it?

I was born as a third-generation Hibakusha in Hiroshima. These questions have been with me since childhood. Today, I work as a facilitator and process designer to continue exploring this inquiry in practice.

I specialize in designing impactful workshops—from milestone corporate strategy meetings to dialogues that bring together diverse citizens addressing local issues. I am experienced in intercultural communication, DEI, and leadership development, working with a wide range of global teams. In Wyde, I bring a perspective shaped by Japanese facilitation culture, and deliver our programs to Japanese organizations.

My personal way of taking care of others
I love deliver something small surprise gift to the people I care about. Using my keen observation skills, I research and convey my affection through little gifts.
