I love discovering the world and people, traveling both inside and outside of things, sometimes by moving, sometimes by standing firmly still.
I was born in the theater, where I still often reside as a director, storyteller, and passionate teacher.
As a trainer, I help people communicate better with themselves and others, feel at ease in front of an audience, and take a look at their complex emotional world.
Over time, the theater has taken me in many directions: from the Paolo Grassi School, where I trained as a director, to European collaborations with the Piccolo Teatro di Milano, and to the halls of RADA in London, where I taught those seeking a more authentic stage voice. My research always revolves around the same axis: understanding how stories change people and how people change stories. Directing shows in Italy and across Europe, and working with performers who differ in language and culture, has taught me to recognize the subtle shifts that occur when someone finally feels seen. This is where my way of facilitating begins: accompanying, with attention and a touch of wonder, those who are learning to take the stage in their own lives.
At Wyde, I bring my creative energy, my trust in change, the disruptive power of theater, and a bit of fearless curiosity.
My personal way of caring for others
As Hamlet says: readiness is all. I feel that I am always fully present, and I am ready to stand beside people in their uncertainties.
