Psychology is everywhere.
I use psychological frameworks to help people enhance both individual and team effectiveness. Through experiential methodology, I facilitate the possibility of meta-thinking, enabling people to critically and constructively analyze the mental and behavioral dynamics they can actively work on to generate real, functional change.
Over the years, I have learned that every context is a living laboratory. My work as an organizational psychologist, certified at the European level, has led me to closely observe very diverse groups, helping them understand their own functioning patterns and recognize what truly allows them to grow together. I have experienced the transformative power of storytelling even in unexpected places: in prison, where I supported young inmates in giving voice to their own stories. This experience taught me how words can restore dignity, perspective, and new possibilities. This is where my way of working originates: offering tools that allow people to look at themselves with clarity and move toward more functional versions of who they can be.
At Wyde, I bring the knowledge of extraordinary contexts.
