Life is a precious and magical passage. To truly live it, we need to stay awake and aware.
I help people and groups get to know themselves better and feel more whole. Only those who are in harmony with themselves can guide others and build healthy, sustainable relationships over time. I integrate experiences gathered in different parts of the world, both personally and professionally, and I work with nonverbal techniques that bypass the intellect and draw on deeper resources to support lasting change.
Along my journey, I have learned that working with people is a delicate blend of sensitivity and method. I studied Business Administration, worked in marketing and training, and eventually arrived at Neuro-Linguistic Programming and systemic counseling, discovering tools capable of giving shape to what often remains invisible. Over the years, I have written books and stories of transformation, including Human Leadership and Crea te Stessa, to explore what it truly means to know ourselves and choose every day who we want to become. I teach “Authentic Leadership” in the MBA program at SDA Bocconi, and I keep searching for sincere ways to accompany people toward a form of leadership that arises from presence, not performance.
At Wyde, I bring authenticity, concreteness, curiosity, and openness to new approaches and intersections. I love co-creating scenarios that are always unique for each project and each client.
My personal way of caring for others
I love building personal relationships even when they begin from a professional need. I enjoy nurturing them as I would with a friend, staying in touch with a call, a coffee, or a message.
