I have a constant drive: helping people discover and express their own attitudes.
At Wyde, I curate journeys of self-discovery and exploration of the possibilities that lie within encounters and the connections I strive to facilitate. I enjoy broadening perspectives and expanding what feels possible. I support the flourishing of individual and collective attitudes and act as an agent of authenticity and collaborative intelligence.
Over the past 30 years, I have woven together humanistic studies, pedagogy, and extensive experience within organizations, where I held managerial roles and supported leaders through pivotal moments of change. My coaching practice has grown alongside me. It began as a tool to better understand people and later became a true way of being in the world. The various certifications I have earned, from MGSCC supervision to methodologies based on Core Quadrants, from the agile approach to the Emergenetics framework, and including Mindfulness, have taught me to observe with greater subtlety what happens within groups. They have helped me understand how well-being, in companies as in life, arises from genuine care for relationships and from listening that does not settle for the surface.
People are not islands, and I am fascinated by everything that fosters collaboration and supports the communities we need.
My personal way of caring for others
I trust in curiosity, kindness, continuous learning, and the power of well-crafted conversations.
