How can design and creativity help companies change in new and sustainable ways over time?
For more than fifteen years, I have been working at the intersection of strategy, design and organisational culture. At Copenhagen Business School, I studied how design can act as a lever for leadership and systemic change, earning my PhD. Since then, I have been helping international companies integrate design thinking into their structures and decision-making processes.
I have collected the voices of nine design leaders in an illustrated story that shows how design can help organisations read the present and imagine possible futures. It has become a book called Design Leadership Chronicles.
At Wyde, I bring a constant curiosity for what is evolving, creative thinking that can become method, and the conviction that transformation is an act of collective care.
I take care by creating spaces for listening and authentic discussion, where people can rediscover meaning and possibilities.
