Luca is a passionate traveler. He loves to channel his curiosity for exploration into supporting people and groups who want to embark on a journey of understanding and rethinking the organizations in which they work.
Through the lens of an organizational anthropologist, he guides them in processes of analysis and cultural change. With a broad perspective, he seeks to connect the many dimensions of corporate life. He works on cultural transformation processes in companies, HRM strategies, and new organizational forms that emphasize horizontal, networked, and heterarchical relationships.
Since graduation from the Department of Organizational Behavior of Cornell University (USA), Luca has consolidated his professional experience as an expert in training and organizational development, working with international institutions, large companies, business associations and non-profits.
Luca is a passionate traveler. He loves to place his particular curiosity for exploration at the disposal of people and teams starting on a journey of cognition and reinterpretation of the organizations they work for.
Through the lenses of the organizational anthropologist, he accompanies them in processes of analysis and cultural transformation. With a wide-ranging look he tries to keep together the multiple dimensions of a company’s life. He deals with processes of cultural transformation of companies, HRM strategies and new organizational forms that favor horizontal, reticular and heterarchical relationships.
He is currently a researcher in Business Organization at IULM University of Milan.
