For years, I have supported people and organizations that choose to truly grow. I create spaces where you can slow down, speak openly, find new words to tell your story, and then move forward. I work at the intersection of learning, identity, and transformation, always carrying a question, what is needed now to really take the next step?
After fifteen years at ISTUD Business School, I now support organizations that are not looking for shortcuts but for real paths, grounded in awareness and action. Together with Gregorio Di Leo, I co-founded Wyde, a place where change is built step by step, with method, vision, and practicality.
My background is in Political Science, studied in Trieste after a nonlinear journey that included saxophone, classical dance, and motocross in Friuli. At first glance, it seems unrelated, but for me it has always been connected.
At Wyde, I bring careful attention, the ability to notice the subtle threads that connect people, stories, and directions, care, presence, pragmatism, and the desire to build, together, paths that did not exist before.
My personal way of taking care of others
I remember the details, the words that matter to someone, a gesture made without thinking, a silence that says more than a thousand words. I keep them, and when needed, I bring them back at the right moment. Because feeling seen changes everything.
