I enjoy working where strategic thinking meets a non conventional perspective.
As a facilitator, I support individuals and organizations in rethinking what they believe they know about marketing, branding, and innovation. My goal is to open new perspectives, generate better questions, and create learning spaces that surprise and stay with people over time.
My research is rooted in a path that combines rigorous study with international practice. After completing both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Marketing Management, I earned a PhD in Organizational Studies, beginning a journey that led me to explore digital transformation, business models, and brand strategy in depth. I have authored numerous publications on these topics and for several years served as Scientific Director of the Marketing and Communication area for leading Italian business schools. At the same time, my work has taken me beyond national borders, as Senior Associate in Marketing and Innovation at Valeocon Consulting in London, as Adjunct Professor in Branding in Multicultural Environment at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and as Visiting Professor in Luxury Brand Management at RMS Business School in Reims. This variety of contexts has enriched the way I interpret markets and, above all, the human behavior that underlies every decision.
At Wyde, I bring the ability to connect different worlds, academia, consulting, and business, and to turn them into tools that help people think more clearly and more freely.
My personal way of caring for others
I help people see what usually goes unnoticed, a lateral insight, an unexpected hypothesis, a fragment of reality that can shift the conversation.
