To imagine different worlds, you need different tools. And play is one of them.
I am a game designer and experiential trainer. I use role-playing games to help people step into others’ shoes, see the world from new perspectives, and activate more equitable and inclusive change processes. I approach topics related to diversity with an intersectional lens, giving voice to experiences and stories that are often excluded. The games I create become practical tools to reveal the invisible mechanisms that shape the way we work and relate to each other.
At Wyde, I design gaming and learning experiences, carefully challenging the people who will play alongside us. I hope to help generate the positive impact I want to see not only in teams and organizations but also in the wider world.
My personal way of taking care of others
Imagining stories where we can explore new worlds together is my way of taking care of others, even outside of work. Dungeons & Dragons is still my favorite path for building relationships. If you want to play with someone who takes both the dice and people seriously, I am here.
