When I talk about my work, people tell me my eyes light up. It is not just something I do, it is who I am.
I experience facilitation, consulting, and coaching as a service to a transformation in which the client is the protagonist. Whether I am working with a person or a group, I start from their goal and offer stimulation, support, encouragement, empathy, and energy.
My experience was born inside organizations, where I spent more than twenty years moving through telecommunications, consulting, and automotive, eventually taking on leadership roles in Human Resources. There I learned what it means to be called to guide change while experiencing it firsthand: listening to people, supporting transitions, and holding together pragmatism and care. This professional journey, enriched by a degree in Languages and a specialization in Marketing, now shapes my way of facilitating. It is concrete, respectful, and results oriented, yet always rooted in the human experience of those who carry within themselves complexity, ambition, and vulnerability. It is from that field perspective that I recognize dynamics and lived experiences even before they are spoken.
At Wyde, I bring the practicality of someone who has been on the other side. Having lived an organization from the inside allows me to recognize the dynamics, experiences, and complexities of those who work in that context.
My personal way of caring for others
I give time rather than objects. And I try to pay attention to unspoken desires and needs, so I can be present exactly where they are.
