When I talk about my work, people tell me my eyes light up. It is not just something I do, it is who I am.
I experience facilitation, consulting, and coaching as a service to a transformation where the client is the true protagonist. Whether it is an individual or a group, I start from their goal and offer stimulation, support, appreciation, empathy, and energy.
At Wyde, I bring the concreteness of someone who has been “on the other side.” Having lived inside organizations allows me to recognize the dynamics, experiences, and complexities of those who work in that context.
My personal way of taking care of others
I give time instead of objects. And I try to pay attention to unspoken needs and desires, so that I can be present exactly where they are.
