I accompany change through creativity, trust, and dialogue, creating spaces where leadership meets learning and people come to life.

I hold a PhD in Management Psychology and have experience that spans technology, fashion, and engineering. I design learning journeys that are fresh, meaningful, and deeply human. I work on leadership, cultural change, sales enablement, and people development, always paying attention to the context and the real needs of participants.

My approach to design comes from years of hands-on practice, during which I learned that truly shifting mindsets requires empathy, patience, and the ability to listen beyond words. Before joining Wyde, I worked with organizations such as Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, IBM, and Meccanica System, and I led global Learning & Development functions in complex companies including Ascom and Infinity Unconventional Education. There I learned how powerful it is to create learning paths that do not simply “instruct” but transform: well-guided conversations, environments that encourage vulnerability and courage, and processes that allow people to see themselves in a new way. It is in these spaces that learning becomes a generative experience, capable of moving behaviors and expanding possibilities.

At Wyde, I bring creative energy, a fresh perspective, and deep trust in people’s ability to grow when they have the right space. I am not afraid to question assumptions or move through discomfort. That is where real transformation begins. My ideas are bold yet practical, designed to broaden perspectives, create connections, and help people move forward with clarity and intention.

My personal way of caring for others
I know how to create spaces where people feel free to be authentic. I connect with ease, seeing from the other person’s perspective and meeting them where they are.
