To truly understand coaching, you have to experience it firsthand.
I am an executive coach and a mentor, and a partner to organizations and teams in creating spaces for collaborative learning and growth grounded in trust. I help people recognize and overcome limiting assumptions, ineffective behaviors, and habits that hold back their evolution. I also help them understand what is truly needed to take the next step.
My perspective is rooted in extensive experience in both national and multinational companies, where I learned to understand the nature of organizational change and to design paths for authentic development, including leadership, management, and behavioral competencies. Since 2009, I have supported executives, senior leaders, key talent, and entrepreneurs in acquiring tools to improve performance, decision making processes, and adaptability, while facilitating cultural transitions and change oriented mindsets. Over time, I have trained across different approaches, from Emergenetics to Coaching by Values®, from Gestalt to systemic quality. Today I am an Executive Coach PCC certified by ICF, a Senior Trainer and Change Facilitator, and a member of ICF Global since 2008. For me, this journey has meant developing a refined way of understanding people, how they think, how they learn, and what truly enables them to transform.
At Wyde, I bring a human and professional relationship, my passion for people, and the ability to observe and interpret complex systems and their interconnections. Above all, I bring a broad perspective on what it means to change, together, through work and through the relationships that make it possible.
My personal way of caring for others
I am present without being intrusive, in the space where the other person expresses and reflects. I pay attention to what is said beyond words, and I always ask, “How are you?”
