Wyde is driven by a group of people – we call ourselves Wyders – who believe in the power of collaborative creativity.

Each element is vital to creating meaningful connections between people and their emotions, ideas, goals and interpersonal relationships. We believe that the bonds between people, with our shared values and ideas, can nurture growth for individuals and companies alike. Nothing, and nobody, will be left behind.

We’re open to the unexpected

We recognise the value of each individual contribution towards developing and spreading a great idea. Almost without exception, such experiences will change us as people. We support the creation of inclusive communities in which differences aren’t just accepted, they’re genuinely valued, as they allow people to connect, learn and thrive together.

We dare to embrace friction

We believe that differences of opinion can lead to results. In every system we encounter, we actively look for the pressure point. We challenge people to open their minds, put themselves out there, say things that might feel awkward, and consider different perspectives. To generate positive, meaningful change, it’s vital to keep moving. When we design our learning experiences, we consider and manage a range of interests – sometimes conflicting ones – as key elements that could lead to creative solutions.

We bring ideas to life through play

People often find meaning through play. It helps them realise they can envisage the future, grasp freedom and see reality as it truly is. Through play, we discover new facets of ourselves and others, sometimes by being in different settings. Every new idea develops as an answer to authentic questions that hold the seed of change.
