The Journey
We designed a training journey for young talents that would be a moment of pure energy; engaging, transformative, and alive. A space where each person could recognize their own value while discovering that true strength is born from connection.
Through the Shine, Lead & Inspire model, we created a leadership experience that weaves together reflection, learning, and experimentation.

it focuses on self-awareness, on recognizing one’s strengths, and on the ability to bring out one’s potential; transforming it into personal growth.
LEAD
it provides concrete tools to lead teams in complex environments, through systems thinking, facilitation, and agility in change.
INSPIRE
it develops the ability to create vision and impact, enhancing narrative, emotional, and creative skills to inspire and engage others.
An international group of talents experienced immersive days where leadership development was intertwined with inspiring experiences: from meeting a master glassmaker in Murano to visiting the Venice Biennale, along with motivational talks and moments of deep reflection. Each year, the program has been enriched with new perspectives, aiming to cultivate conscious leadership that leaves a lasting impact.
