When Orsero approached us, the goal was clear: to support continuous evolution and transformation without losing its essence, translating values into concrete guidance for those who shape the company every day.
The Journey
To do this, we started with listening. Through one-to-one interviews, we collected the stories that bring Orsero to life, stories that recount its past, anchor its present, and project toward its future.
Each interview opened a space for dialogue, gathering perspectives from different levels of the organization. The stories that emerged became the material for the co-creation process of the company’s values, providing an authentic snapshot of what Orsero is and what it aims to become.
At the same time, team coaching supported management in interpreting these results, turning the collective narrative into a concrete strategy for spreading and enhancing the company culture.
From leaders to middle managers, and across all team members, the work on values was not an imposition but a shared journey. It was an opportunity to redefine the company identity and turn it into a living culture.
Today, Orsero continues to expand, welcoming new entities into the group. Yet at the center remains what holds everything together: an identity that does not harden, but grows, adapts, and is nourished by the stories of those who live it every day.
