We created a program for those preparing to become partners—those who see leadership as something that is built every day, through the relationship with oneself, with others, and with the business.
The Journey
The Leadership Acceleration Program unfolded along three dimensions: Grow Yourself, Grow Your Network, Grow Your Business. Three webinars offered practical insights and real questions, opening interactive spaces for exchange across the entire community.
Supporting tools such as the Hogan Assessment and 360° Feedback guided participants toward greater self-awareness and understanding of their impact. Special moments—like the meeting with Gioia di Biagio or the immersive Dialogue in the Dark experience—made the journey even more personal, touching deep emotions and opening new avenues of expression.
It was also a journey enriched with lightheartedness, humor, and engaging content that kept the energy alive between modules. We take great pride in having supported a generation of future leaders in making room for growth with a perspective that is more open, more authentic, and more human.
