The Journey
In large international groups, there are moments when everything comes together: celebrating an intense year, aligning on strategy, and nurturing the need to reconnect. Lavazza’s Commercial Days are one of these moments. For the past four years, we have partnered with the global team on a journey that weaves together content and relationships, vision and participation.
We have worked with more than 100 people from different countries, without relying on hierarchy, but recognizing their key role in translating global strategies into action. A true “tribe” that needs to recognize itself, find a shared language, and learn to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
In such a complex context, we designed an experience that balances lightness with depth: team-building activities, workshops, and moments of both celebration and reflection. Each year, the journey evolves with the group, reinforcing a shared identity and building the capacity to face uncertainty with energy, partnership, and a strong sense of purpose.
