Sowing ideas to cultivate the best of humanity

We feel that much of yesterday’s world is spinning in the opposite direction to us. Every day, we choose to stay grounded: steadfast in our values and approach, concrete in our actions. Every day, we choose to work for what endures: respect, dialogue, shared potential.
We believe that generating impact isn’t just a responsibility. It’s the direction we’re going in.
Making space for the future
Everything we do leaves a footprint. In 2024, we:
- Measured our carbon footprint with the help of Up2You
- Offset all of our emissions by supporting certified projects in Indonesia, Brazil and Uruguay
- Planted 23 trees in ten countries with Treedom
- Supported One Tree Planted, because every tree is a promise
- Protected biodiversity with 3Bee, monitoring 1500 bees and creating a Biodiversity Oasis
We also obtained the EcoVadis certification, placing us among the most virtuous businesses in terms of environmental, ethical and social performance.
Spreading kindness to improve the human environment
We believe in the importance of kindness: kindness as a way of life, kindness as a building block for strong and lasting relationships. This value shone through in several of our projects in 2024. We collaborated with the Amplifon Foundation to bring social team building experiences into nursing homes, creating authentic moments of care, dialogue and interaction cross the generations. We also took part in the Festival della Gentilezza (Festival of Kindness) with an origami workshop, transforming a simple craft activity into an opportunity for people to connect at a deeper level.
We see kindness as an energy that stimulates, an attitude that transforms, a practice that generates culture. And we choose to take it into businesses and organisations, because we know how it can bring about real, lasting change.
The power of diversity
In 2024 we worked with Maire Group, De’ Longhi and Generali to facilitate programmes to break down stereotypes, open up authentic conversations, and create environments in which every individual feels included.
We partner with organisations such as the Institute for the Blind in Milan, to imagine new, accessible, sensitive ways of learning.
Our teaching staff represent a multitude of different languages, origins, cultures and sensibilities. Because plurality is the key to creating a broader vision.
Making our mark together
Every project, choice and gesture has an impact, far beyond its immediate result. Wyde is a movement that looks outwards, but its soul is deeply entwined with the complex, fertile ecosystem of values and visions within.
