As a company operating in the training sector, we recognize that even activities that may appear “intangible” have an environmental impact. For this reason, we integrate the principles of environmental responsibility into our daily decisions, internal processes, and relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
This Environmental Policy provides a clear framework for managing our environmental impacts and guiding the continuous improvement of our environmental objectives. Our approach goes beyond regulatory compliance. It aims to create shared value while taking into account the needs and expectations of all stakeholders involved in our activities.

Objectives and scope
This Environmental Policy defines the principles and criteria through which WYDE manages its environmental impact, providing an operational framework for addressing environmental issues in a responsible, informed, and transparent manner.
The pillars of this Policy are waste reduction, the efficient use of resources, the continuous improvement of energy performance, and consideration for the people and organizations affected by our activities.
Our objective is to establish guidelines, rules, and measurable targets to support the sustainable development of our processes over time by giving preference to materials with a lower environmental impact, promoting energy efficiency, and encouraging, wherever possible, the use of energy from renewable sources, with the aim of progressively reducing our environmental footprint.
As a company operating in the field of corporate training, we also aim to contribute to the spread of a culture of sustainability by integrating these values into our programs and our relationships with stakeholders.
This Policy applies to everyone working with WYDE. We believe that protecting the environment is a shared responsibility and that every individual can contribute, within the scope of their role, to achieving our environmental objectives.
Guiding principles
WYDE guides its decisions and activities in accordance with the main international frameworks on sustainability and environmental protection. In particular, we draw inspiration from the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which guide our approach to the responsible management of resources, sustainability education, and the creation of shared value. We also recognize the importance of the Paris Agreement on climate change and are committed to contributing to the reduction of global emissions while promoting behaviors and business practices with a low environmental impact.
Our impacts
In line with the principles of our Environmental Policy and international sustainability standards, we have identified the most significant areas of impact arising from WYDE’s activities, distinguishing between direct and indirect impacts.
Direct Impacts
Direct impacts relate to the activities that are managed and controlled directly by WYDE, including our day to day office operations.
Energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions
We recognize that energy consumption is one of the main sources of emissions associated with our activities. Although we operate in coworking spaces where we cannot directly control centralized heating or lighting systems, we are committed to:
- giving preference to electricity generated from renewable sources whenever available;
- promoting responsible behavior among everyone working with us by encouraging the conscious use of lighting, electrical equipment, and digital resources;
- optimizing the use of IT infrastructure and shared equipment to reduce unnecessary energy consumption;
- raising awareness among our team and collaborators about everyday energy efficiency practices so that everyone contributes to reducing our overall impact;
- monitoring our direct emissions.
Sustainable procurement
We recognize that purchasing decisions influence the environmental impact of our activities. For this reason, we are committed to giving preference to products that are:
- environmentally friendly, certified, and non toxic, while supporting the conservation of natural resources;
- locally sourced, whenever possible, to reduce transport related emissions.
These criteria guide all company purchases, from office supplies to technological equipment.
Resource use and waste management
Although we do not directly manage waste disposal services within our coworking spaces, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact associated with resource consumption and waste generation through responsible practices and awareness initiatives. In particular, we:
- encourage the correct use of the recycling facilities available in the coworking space so that waste and recyclable materials are properly separated;
- raise awareness of waste reduction and responsible consumption practices, with particular attention to electronic equipment, batteries, and printer cartridges.
Indirect Impacts
Indirect impacts arise from WYDE’s interactions with partners, clients, suppliers, and the wider community.
Business travel and sustainable mobility
Aware of the environmental impact of transportation, we are committed to:
- encouraging the use of public transportation and zero emission mobility options such as bicycles, scooters, and electric vehicles;
- limiting business travel to situations where it is strictly necessary;
- giving preference to high speed rail and other lower impact means of transport over air travel whenever possible;
- offsetting any remaining emissions through certified projects or recognized carbon credits.
