The world’s moving faster than ever. Rights are being restricted. The environment is suffering.
We move within a time marked by visible and invisible fractures that ask to be seen. Every day, we choose to remain: grounded in our values and in the way we act, present in the contexts we move through, concrete in our gestures. For us, remaining means continuing to build spaces of possibility even when the context seems to narrow them.
We work for what endures: respect, listening, shared responsibility. Generating impact takes shape as a direction that guides the way we work, the way we choose, and the way we collaborate.
Making space for the future
Every activity we carry out leaves a trace, and in 2025 we chose to observe it more closely, to better understand it and guide it. We initiated a structured process to measure emissions according to the GHG Protocol, allowing us to clearly identify where our impact is concentrated and how we can act across our entire value chain.
We offset part of our emissions by supporting certified projects in Indonesia, Brazil, and Uruguay, contributing to the protection of ecosystems with high CO₂ absorption capacity and to the support of local communities.
We planted 600 trees, one for each training program delivered, turning people’s growth into a tangible act of care for the planet.
We continued to protect biodiversity with 3Bee, supporting beehives distributed across the national territory and contributing to the safeguarding of approximately 4,400 bees.
We renewed our EcoVadis assessment, confirming our position among companies most attentive to environmental, ethical, and social dimensions. Each action is part of a broader vision, where sustainability informs daily choices and becomes a lens through which we read the present and design the future.
Spreading kindness to improve the human environment
We believe in kindness as a way of relating and as a concrete practice that takes shape within organizational contexts.
In 2025, this orientation ran through many of our projects. We facilitated volunteering experiences with Fondazione Amplifon, creating opportunities for connection between companies and local communities—in care homes and across local organizations—where time given becomes space for listening and relationship.
We brought the Kindness Lab into these journeys, working on small gestures, mutual attention, and the ability to care as skills that can be learned together.
We continued to support social and cultural initiatives, choosing to direct our resources toward projects that contribute to improving people’s quality of life.
Kindness moves as an energy that flows through organizations, shaping relationships and building contexts where people can recognize themselves and collaborate.
The power of diversity
In 2025, we strengthened our commitment to building contexts where every person can find space, voice, and the possibility for expression.
We contributed to European research projects such as WellBeInTeam, focused on psychological safety in hybrid teams, working alongside international partners to develop tools and practices that support more open and collaborative work environments.
We continued our collaborations with organizations committed to people’s wellbeing, supporting them on topics related to values, communication, and organizational culture.
Within our faculty, different languages, paths, sensibilities, and perspectives coexist—enabling a broader view and a way of working that embraces complexity. Diversity emerges as a condition that enriches thinking and strengthens decision-making.
Making our mark together
Every project leaves a trace that goes beyond the immediate result. It settles into relationships, into changes that take shape over time, and into the possibilities that emerge. In 2025, we moved across geographical and cultural boundaries, working in diverse contexts and recognizing that the need for authentic connection, trust, and meaning spans every latitude. We continued to care for what is close, holding together the local and the global, the smallest gesture and the broader vision. Wyde moves outward while keeping deep roots, grounded in a system of values that guides every choice and every direction.

Our idea of impact is not measured only in numbers.
In 2025, we allowed ourselves to be guided by questions that continue to shape our path: what does it mean today to have a transformative role, how is trust built in complex contexts, and what space can care hold within organizations undergoing continuous change?
We sought answers in companies, communities, research projects, and learning journeys. Each experience required attention; each context asked us to remain present and to look more deeply.
This report is a map that brings together what we have done and the directions we want to continue exploring. It is a way of saying that we are here—and that we will continue to be here, like waves of a fresh, ever-moving ocean.
